About Sleep Token
Sleep Token are a British rock band whose members remain entirely anonymous. The band is led by the enigmatic frontman known only as Vessel, whose identity has never been publicly revealed. The other members — referred to as II, III, and IV — perform masked, adding to the band's deeply mysterious and theatrical aesthetic.
Formed in London around 2016, Sleep Token describe their music as an act of worship to a deity called Sleep. Their sound defies easy categorisation, blending progressive metal, R&B, pop, and alternative rock into something entirely their own. Vessel's extraordinary vocal range — capable of moving from tender falsetto to crushing metal screams — is central to the band's emotional power.
